What's the typical timeline from idea to launch?
A simple website takes 2–4 weeks. A full web application typically takes 6–12 weeks. We give you a precise timeline after an initial discovery session — no vague estimates.
Do you work with startups, or only established businesses?
Both. We work with early-stage startups that need an MVP fast and with established businesses replacing legacy systems or expanding digitally. What matters most is that you have a clear problem to solve.
What do we need to get started?
A clear brief or problem statement, access to a decision-maker, and a rough budget range. We handle all the technical scoping, wireframing, and planning from there.
How does pricing work?
Fixed-price per project based on scope, not hourly billing. After a discovery call you receive a detailed proposal with clear deliverables and no surprise costs.
Do you build for low-bandwidth and offline environments?
Yes — this is core to how we build. East African connectivity realities are baked into every architecture decision: offline-first mobile apps, optimised bundle sizes, CDN delivery, and progressive enhancement so your product works even on 2G.
Do you work with clients outside Uganda?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across East Africa and beyond. Most of our process is async-friendly — clear milestones and regular check-ins, not endless meetings.
What happens after launch?
We offer ongoing maintenance, performance monitoring, and iterative development. Most clients keep us on a monthly retainer for updates and new features — think of us as your on-call engineering team.
