Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Zyntel Co. Limited ("Zyntel", "we", "us") uses on our websites and products (zyntel.net, KantaHub, zyntForms), and what choices you have.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit — for example, keeping you logged in or remembering your preferences.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for our products to function. They cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take — such as logging in or submitting a form.
- Session token (
forms_refresh_token,forms_access_token) — Used by zyntForms to keep you authenticated. HTTP-only where security requires it. Expires after 7 days of inactivity. - Anonymous session — Used by zyntForms to associate a no-login session with your browser. Expires after 14 days. Permanently deleted if no account is created.
- KantaHub session — Used to maintain your login to KantaHub. Expires at browser close or after 24 hours, whichever comes first.
- CSRF protection — Prevents cross-site request forgery. Session-scoped.
Analytics cookies
We use PostHog to understand how our products are used — which features are most valuable, where users encounter friction, and which pages are most visited. This data is anonymised and is used only to improve our products.
- PostHog (
ph_*cookies) — Tracks anonymised product usage events. No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog. Persists for 1 year.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tracking cookies.
What we do not use

- Cross-site tracking cookies
